❤️ 80 Christmas Hampers for 80 Older People in North Devon! ❤️
Christmas is a time for giving, but sadly, some people in our community may not receive a single gift this year. At Age Well, we want to change that!
🌟 This Christmas we're hoping to put together 80 lovely Christmas hampers to bring a little joy, comfort and a smile to people across North Devon who might otherwise go without. But we need YOUR help! ❤️
🛒 We are requesting donations of some of the most requested items for these hampers 🛒

🎄 Small Christmas puddings
🍑 Tins of peaches
🍮 Tins of custard
🥣 Tins of chicken soup

Despite the mist and drizzle, we had a good turnout for our regular wellbeing walk this morning. It was great to see Roy back walking with us today, thanks to Age Well North Devons community volunteer transport. It was great to see Roy and Peter catching up with all the news of the last couple of weeks - even if it did slow them down!
If you would like to join us, we meet at the Rock Park side of Barnstaple Square, 10:30 am on a Monday morning. There are several options of walks, depending on ability and then we head in to @the_bikeshed_barnstaple for a lovely cuppa and friendly welcome. The walk is completely free to attend, but you will need to buy your own refreshments in the Bike Shed. Just turn up.
