Last Thursday we were lucky enough to be the beneficiary of George Hammett’s charity quiz night at The Gurkha. What a lovely evening it was and we took £361 on the night! Thanks so much to George, the quiz markers, the team at the Gurkha, and of course to our volunteers, Bob, Beryl, Tash and Lynda for selling the raffle tickets. I think they thought it was one of the best things I’ve asked them to do for us 😃 ... See MoreSee Less

With many people celebrating halloween tomorrow, it's important to recognise that not everyone wants to join in and that trick or treating can make some people feel anxious and afraid. If you, or someone you know, would prefer not to be visited on Halloween, Devon & Cornwall Police have created this poster which you can download for display in a window. ... See MoreSee Less

We are so thankful for funding from Braunton Rotary, Councillor Pru Maskell and Live Well in Brauntons community soup event and calendar sales. This means that we are able to start another Vista Balance class in Braunton and provide home exercise packs to participants.
These classes are evidence based to reduce falls and participants learn the skills to rise from the floor independently. They run on Mondays, at Christ Church, Braunton, 1.30pm - 3pm. There is always an opportunity for a cuppa and chat in the final half-hour of the session. Sessions will cost £6 each and we have limited spaces available. Please share to your networks and #LiveLongerBetter #AgeGreatly #fallsmanagementexercise #FallsPrevention contact us if you are interested.

Rotary Club Of Braunton we believe we, The Rotary Club of Braunton Caen, have been tagged in error (easily done) and Vista Wellbeing CIC intended your Club to be named in thanks for your funding.
Such a great project and personally seen the benefits the exercise had on previous group. Literally walking sticks became abandoned for some and strength and smiles increased.
Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Fab, well done. Lovely photo too !! 💜
Brilliant! X
